Several of you have posted messages about forms and other documents you've created for your GA groups. Great!

If you would like to share your documents with other users, follow these instructions:

*Click on the blue arrow labeled "reply" at the top right of this message. (Do not click on "quick reply" on the top left.)

*You should see a box where you can type a new message. Above that box should be several icons. Click on the yellow "file upload" icon that looks like a file folder.

*Click on "browse." Browse through your computer until you find the document you want to upload. Then click on "upload." A message will come up. Click on "okay."

*When the document finishes uploading, click on "okay."

*You should see a link to your document in your post. Add a message about the document, and click "post reply"!

Note: The Maximum file size allowed is 500k

Here is a master file for record keeping. It's an excel file that I had to zip. If you can't open please pm me and I'll email it to you. Additionally, it works for my purposes but it is fluid and will change when I see fit for it to.

Thanks for fixing this site for this. I'm trying to upload my Nov 2008 newsletter but it's quite large. I might have to do it in sections. I've not done December yet...mainly because of the church fire we're not sure when we'll be meeting again for 2008. More on the way (hopefully!).

Information sheet for GA's. The font I used was "Girls are Weird" but it's a specialty font (found free on the internet) that I'm sure won't show up unless you have it installed on your computer....

Melody... my files are htm and html... your system won't let me upload them.  It says it is the wrong kind of file.  Sorry... but I will send them to anyone who wants them.  If they cannot open them, I print and send them hard copies.  Ruth Ann Perkins

Here is a poem we used for Children's Ministry Day 2008.  We packed Birthday Bash Bags with party decorations, party plates, napkins, cups, balloons, cake mix, candles, birthday cards, spaghetti sauce with noodles, and cans of vegetables.  You are more than welcome to use by changing the name of your church, of course!  PDF format uploads/215/ga_poem.pdf
"My children are a reflection of me...am I smudged with fingerprints or sparkling in the light?"

You can now upload Excel and PowerPoint files to the GA forums. I'm sorry these weren't allowed earlier. Let me know if you have any problems uploading them.

Lisa,

BEAUTIFUL poem! Clap Thanks so much for sharing...I just might use it for our upcoming Children's Ministry Day project.  We were planning to do a Free Health Fair in our Fellowship building Feb. 14th, complete with nurses doing blood pressure screenings, blood sugar screenings, American Red Cross volunteers talking about CPR and First Aid, etc.  Due to the ice storm, we've had to postpone it until Feb. 28th.  We're in the process of gathering freebies to put in a "swag bag" to give to participants, and your poem might just be the addition I've been looking for! :)

Please keep our girls and their families in your prayers, as we all continue to recover from that awful storm, as well as the one blowing through today!

Here is the first document I am able to post. I have one of these forms for each badge. This form is used to record who has earned the badge and it also lets my director know how many badges she needs to order or who needs a chevron. If this document is helpful I can post the others or let me know which badge you really want. I don't want to over do it if no one needs this one.
